Our 150mm gastronorm dishes are the ideal size to prepare your food before cooking, especially if it is for a large number of people. Our 150mm gastro’s can hold approximately 50-70 portions each and can fit in the top of our hot cupboard bain maries, they are also the perfect size for our 6ft stainless steel fridges.
